DO I HAVE TO CREATE A LOGIN?
Yes. You need to create a login. Once logged in, you can put products in your cart, verify pricing, printout a quote, and logout. When you log back in, your cart will still be there for checkout. In the future, you'll be able to see your order history making it easy to keep track of purchases and to re-order products and services. You can also enter your shipping and billing address in your address book, in the cart, so future orders will be quick and easy.

HOW DO I GET AN ESTIMATE FOR MY P.O. BEFORE I PLACE MY ORDER?
1) Place all items you want in the cart.
2) Go to your cart. At the bottom left of the screen you will see a place to enter your ship to zip code.
3) Enter zip and click Preview Pricing.
4) In the dropdown choose your shipping method and click Print This Quote.
5) Print the following screen for our estimate. When you log out your items will stay in your cart.
— When you have your final PO, simply log back into your cart and check out, attaching your scanned/digital PO to the order.

NOTE: If "Request Offline Shipping Quote" is in the dropdown, your order is too heavy for the automated system to calculate freight. If this happens, continue with these steps:
1) Click the blue Request Offline Quote button.
2) On the next page, click the green "Email to Store for Quote" button.
— We will receive your request and manually calculate the freight rate and email you a written estimate with freight included.
CAN I USE A PURCHASE ORDER ON THIS SITE?
Yes, in the shopping cart checkout process, the payment options will appear at the bottom after you enter your zip code, get rates, and choose your shipping method. You can choose Pay With PO & enter your "bill to address". After you click "proceed" there is a link to upload a pdf copy of your Purchase Order. (If you have multiple items, just upload your PO once.) We will not process your order without a copy of your signed Purchase Order.
WHO DO I MAKE MY PO OUT TO?
Rockwell Printing Inc. is your vendor. Positive Prevention Plus is the product we are selling. All PO's must be made out to Rockwell Printing. If anything else is entered as the vendor, your order will be rejected and we will require the PO be corrected.

NO. YOUR ORDER MUST BE PLACED ON THIS WEBSITE. PO's not submitted throught the web ordering system will be rejected. We have much better tracking on your order with our web system. You will also receive automatic updates as your order progresses through production, including your tracking number when the order ships.

ARE THE WORKBOOKS FOR THE 2021 EDITIONS THE SAME?
Yes, the 2021 Americas Youth Edition and California Edition workbooks are the same. Only the teacher's curriculum binder is different.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Items are not in inventory, they are printed on demand. Orders with less than about 100 workbooks and/or 10 curriculums will ship in a week or less. Larger orders will take 2-3 weeks to ship. Orders with thousands of wookbooks or hundreds of curriculums will take about 4-5 weeks to ship. Orders for online independent study licences are manually processed and will take 1 to 3 days for you to receive online access. We ship UPS Ground. Rockwell Printing is not engaged in business in your local tax district. We will ship your order by common carrier into your district. We will charge/pay only the California base tax rate of 7.25%. For more info see CDTFA Pub 44. Local district taxes are your responsibility. If you are outside California, we do not charge sales tax, that will be your responsibility.
