How to Place an Order - Step by Step
1. Create an Account or Log In
Click “New Account” to register, or “Login” if you already have an account.
Tip: The account contact should be the person we can reach with any questions about your order.
2. Add Items to Your Cart
Browse and select the items you’d like to order, then add them to your cart.
3. Proceed to Checkout
Open your cart and click “Checkout.”
4. Review Instructions & Enter PO Number
Click “Read This” and follow the instructions.
Enter your Purchase Order (PO) Number and include any special instructions for us.
5. Enter Shipping Zip Code
Scroll down and enter your ship-to zip code.
Note: Shipping must be calculated before the payment section appears.
6. Enter Shipping Information
Provide the full receiving address, receiver’s name, contact phone number, and any other necessary delivery details.
7. Choose a Payment Option
Select either:
• Purchase Order: Enter Bill To Address
• Credit Card
8. Enter Billing Information
Include your billing address, accounts payable contact, email, and phone number.
9. Click Proceed
10. Attach Your Purchase Order
Click the blue “Upload” link on any item and attach your PO file from your computer.
Important: We DO NOT accept OPEN purchase orders. Your PO must:
• Clearly list the items you are ordering
• Include shipping, sales tax, and a grand total
• Be signed by an authorized representative
11. Review Your Order
Double-check all details to ensure accuracy.
12. Submit Your Order

What Happens Next?
You will automatically receive 3 email updates:
1. Order Confirmation – letting you know your order was successfully placed.
2. Production Notice – when your job begins production.
3. Shipping Notification – including tracking info when your order ships.
